Contacted by the owners and developers of this new exclusive community CHS was retained to consult on multiple phases of this complex project.
PHASE I - CHS was asked to analyze the building and site plan for the Ranch House - a community center housing a restaurant, meeting and guest rooms. In addition they reviewed the kitchen design and equipment layout and specifications. Suggestions were provided for menu development and recommendations made for equipment changes resulting in a 10% savings to the owners.
PHASE II - In this phase, CHS reviewed the proposed floor plans and space allocation for the Clubhouse, a separate private golf club facility. They provided a comprehensive analysis of all aspects of the space allocation including pro shop, restaurant, kitchen, meeting rooms, locker rooms and restroom facilities, cart and other storage areas.
Based on their suggestions, significant improvements were made in traffic flow and equipment layout. Space allocation was reduced for locker room facilities resulting in savings of building materials and equipment.
CHS developed the general menu concept for the restaurant and provided a list of kitchen equipment necessary to support the concept.
