Flatcreek Country Club, Peachtree City, GA
Flatcreek Country Club was about to undergo a major clubhouse rennovation and CHS was hired to work with the operations and design team on several aspects of this project.
PHASE I - CHS reviewed the local designer's proposed upgrades to the existing kitchen. This review included design layout and equipment specifications. Recommendations were made to help with labor efficiencies and flow.
PHASE II - CHS produced operational standards for the Food and Beverage department at Flatcreek including opening and closing procedures, safety, sanitation, personal appearance, service standards, and inventory and security controls. Also complete job descriptions were included for the following positions: F&B Director, Catering Director, Banquet Captain, Bartender, Convenience Cart Attendant, Banquet Server, Server and Bus Person.
