CHS was hired by Meadowbrook Golf Group to develop a strategic plan to optimize the food and beverage operation at Silverstone Golf Club, an A+ public golf facility in suburban Las Vegas.
All current F&B operations were evaluated and management personnel were reviewed for leadership, accountability and skill set.
Inventory controls were implemented and pars were established to reduce inventory levels.
Recommendations were offered to ensure all health and safety standards were met after a careful review was conducted.
Guidelines and training procedures were established for all F&B personnel.
Marketing plans were developed for each outlet including a la carte dining, banquets, bar, BBQ and convenience carts.
Standards of Operation for Catering were created and implemented.
Menus and packages for all groups were evaluated and revised.
